Gets milk from Punjab to Mumbai
When Kamaljeet Kaur started Kimmu’s Kitchen, in the initial days she used to buy milk from local vendors to make ghee, but the ghee made from the milk of the vendors had a different taste than Punjab in her house. So then he decided to get milk from his birthplace Ludhiana, Punjab so that he could make ghee with exactly the taste of Punjab from the milk there.
After doing research for a few days and finding out how milk could be brought from Ludhiana to Mumbai, Kamaljeet started ordering milk directly from Ludhiana. Kamaljeet said that although there are many methods of making ghee, we use the Bilona method to make our ghee. In the Bilona method, we make ghee directly from curd, but most of the ghee available in the market is made from butter or cream.

Let us also tell you that Kamaljit Kaur has set up the main unit for making ghee made from Bilona in Ludhiana city, from where most of the ghee prepared from Bilona is made and then it sends all these prepared ghee to Mumbai city for packaging.
If we talk about the price of ghee prepared by Bilona of Kimmu’s Kitchen, then they currently have 3 types of ghee for retail. The three types of ghee they have for retail are – 220 ml, 500 ml, and 1 liter. The price of 220 ml ghee is around ₹399, and then the price keeps increasing as the quantity of ghee increases.
Earns Rs 20 lakh per month
Due to Kamaljeet Kaur’s hard work and faith, today her ‘Kimmu’s Kitchen‘ has become a multi-crore startup. At present, about 45,000 bottles of ghee from Kimmu Kitchen are being sold every month across the country, due to which Kamaljeet Kaur is earning about Rs 20 lakh every month.
Just last year, Kamaljit Kaur sold her ghee worth crores of rupees within a year, due to which her business has become worth crores today.
